Frame It!

In December of 1961, Phil Edwards headed out to Pipeline, the last spot on the North Shore to be conquered. Pipeline is known as one of the most treacherous breaks, because of the shallow reefs. It is these shallow reefs that create the perfect curl. This date was documented on film by Bruce Brown, marking the evolution of the true "tube ride". This limited edition serigraph is signed by the artist Ken Auster and the surfer Phil Edwards.
